Capture Folder Import Processor Files Are Failing To Delete and Error "No such function deleteDocumentFile" Occurs (Doc ID 2796204.1)

Symptoms

Capture Folder Import Processor is set to delete the files after they are successfully imported in to Capture.  The batches are created from the files' folder location, but it is not able to delete or rename the processed files.  The folder location is on a network share and not local to the capture server.  

The below error occurs:
