On : 19.1.0.0.4 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend

GG HeartBeat is not working post GI patching

GoldenGate HeartBeat is not working post GI patching. Tried to delete and add it back, but no luck.

The GG_HEARTBEAT_SEED table not getting update at source database .
