Symptoms

Upgrade OSB from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.

After importing the OSB project, getting the following error:
An error occurred compiling the XQuery resource: {http://www.w3.org/2005/xqt-errors}XPST0081: The prefix "func4" used in the qualified name "func4:getLocalhostName" can not be resolved.
