DB2 Extract Abends With OGG-00794 A Resource Was Unavailable While Attempting To Read The Log At 0000000000000001 & OGG-30115 An Unavailable Resource Was Encountered At Position (Doc ID 2797822.1)

Symptoms

Case 1: DB2 extract is abended with following errors:

2021-06-01 14:02:39  ERROR   OGG-00794  A resource was unavailable while attempting to read the log at 0000000000000001.
check SYSLOG for details.

And also in hub architecture, trail file "lt000000011" got corrupted, Bad compressed block, found length of <nnnnn>
(xd8e1) at RBA <nnnnnnnn>.

Case 2:DB2 extract is abended with following errors:

2021-08-04 08:38:29  ERROR   OGG-30115  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for DB2, <EXT_NAME>.prm:  An unavailable resource was
encountered at position <0000000140XNNNNAXXXD>. The DB2 z/OS message is: IFI rc=8 reason=00E60863
