Internal Exception: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'jdbc.PROD'. Resolved 'jdbc'; remaining name 'PROD'. "

An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
Connection timed out

Error is: "weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out" weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out at
