Applies to:
Oracle Coherence - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The customer is using Elastic Charging Engine version 12.0.0.3.0, which uses coherence libraries that are packaged along with the ECE software. Of course, when the upgrade of the coherence version is needed, it can be downloaded separately and the libraries can be copied to the corresponding ECE lib folder.
In the above setup, when launching CohQL and trying to fetch certain data from the cache, there is a java.io.IOException.
Below are steps followed to test the issue:
- launched ./query.sh from the ECE bin folder, this will bring us the CohQL prompt
- 'query' member joins the existing cluster, below log was captured in ECS (elastic charging server) nodes log. ECS is the name of the storage enabled node.
