How to change/reset the password for the ".oamkeystore" for Oracle Access Manager 12.2.1.3.0?

The scope of the document is tol provide the steps necessary to change/reset the OAM 12c ".oamkeystore" password.

In OAM 11g, to achieve this by using the WLST command "resetKeystorePassword()" When trying the same WLST command in 12c, "resetKeystorePassword()", it returns a message Unable to find an documentation on this subject
