Symptoms
After applying patch 33091106, the reconciliation events are unable to be closed using the OIG recon API method "reconOps.closeReconciliationEvent(reconEventKey)." The events are closable from the User Interface.
When the API is used, the following error message is seen in the OIG diagnostic logs:
