Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software - Version 18.104.22.168.0 and later Linux x86-64
Kernel ksplice patches are required on Exadata for Exadata-connected-to-Exalogic deployments, with Exalogic running 22.214.171.124.x (UEK4-based) and communicating with Exadata over InfiniBand. These ksplice patches disable path records cache to fix known issues with communication over IPoIB. This document provides ksplice patches for various Exadata releases, which need to be applied to Exadata following a kernel upgrade, application of a monthly update, or a QFSDP update.
The ksplices provided in this document are applicable only to an Exadata rack which satisfies the following requirements:
Is connected to Exalogic over InfiniBand
Exalogic rack runs EECS 126.96.36.199.x (with UEK4)
These ksplice patches are not applicable to Exadata if:
Not connected to Exalogic over InfiniBand OR
Connected to Exalogic over InfiniBand with Exalogic running EECS 188.8.131.52.x or EECS 184.108.40.206.x (with UEK2)
