Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) data loading job from Autonomous Database to Database Cloud Service is taking several times longer to execute than the same query takes when run through SQL Developer. For example, a 10 minutes execution in SQL Developer takes 90 minutes in ODI.
