XML Files are not Rendered Properly in Document Preview After Applying 2021 April Bundle Patches (Doc ID 2802434.1)

Symptoms

Document type .xml are not rendering properly when previewing documents.
The xml tags are missing in the preview when viewing .xml files.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1.  Apply WebCenter Portal April 2021 Bundle Patch.
2.  Access Portal and Navigate to the Documents Tab.
3.  Click on the files and view in preview.
4.  Compare against the actual download.
