Service Bus - Alert Destination - Email - ServerName not Shown - How to remove Aqualogic from title

Customer is asking two questions.

1. ServerName is not shown on SLA Alert message

2. How to customize/change the Subject of Alert Destination Emails. It shows "Aqualogic Service Bus"
