OUD: DIP Synchronization Profile Update Fails with "Invalid Credentials" When Admin Account Password is Greater than or Equal to 16 Characters (Doc ID 2803123.1)

Goal

In an environment with IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit) as the Operating System, where DIP 12.2.1.4 is configured with OUD 12.2.1.4 as a back-end directory to synchronize changes from AD to OUD, The DIP synchronization from AD to OUD works fine for Admin account's password is length less than 16 characters.  However, when the password is reset to a password with 16 characters or more, the password does not get saved and the error "Invalid Credentials" could be encountered while updating the password in the DIP synchronization profile configuration.
