Symptoms

Upgrading OID 11.1.1.9 HA environment to 12.2.1.3
The upgrade readiness check fails with the following error for the second node


Oracle Internet Directory
  Starting readiness check of Oracle Internet Directory.
  Starting config test: Test OID Configuration Checking readiness for upgrading Oracle Internet Directory.
  WARNING UPG-OID-00001: Source path <ORACLE_INSTANCE_HOME>/config/OID/<OID_COMPONENT> does not refer to an Oracle Internet Directory 11.1.1.9.0 component.
  Completed config test: Test OID Configuration --> Checking readiness for upgrading Oracle Internet Directory. +++ FAIL
  Finished readiness check of Oracle Internet Directory with status: FAILURE.
