Symptoms

WTC Can not Connect to the Tuxedo Domain after the Network Switch.
WTC accepted Tuxedo connection when WTC is connecting to Tuxedo. After some seconds, the WTC request failed, but dropped Tuxedo connect to WTC connection.

In this scenario is /dsession(12) has exception, but /dsession(13) dropped.
