Symptoms

After setting Secure Port in a Forms Domain with servers WLS_FORMS and WLS_REPORTS configured, accessing Forms with https:<HostName>:<Port>/forms/frmservlet fails with javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: protocol_version and java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.forms.engine.Main in the Client Java Console.
