Symptoms
Using WebCenter Forms Recognition 12.2.1.3.0 and project 1007CA. It seems the RTS instances have stopped processing documents. The batches stop in state 550 with error:
Redirecting document <path to .wdc> to failed state, due to timeout or crash in last two processing attempts.
