Symptoms
- Setting up federation between the OAM 12c as IdP and OCI as SP using this doc link: Federating Oracle Access Manager to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- The SAML logout does not work properly from the SP "OCI" side.
- The first user login successfully but after logout from the SP "OCI" and try to login using any other user in the same browser, the login failed and the following error occurs.
