Symptoms

After changing the OAM simple mode global passphrase using the OAM console no initial errors appear, but upon restart of the AdminServer the oam_admin application fails to deploy with the following error message in the AdminServer .out file:

 

Changes

The OAM simple mode global passphrase was changed via the OAM console and the AdminServer restarted. The above error occurs on the restart of the AdminServer.
