Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Email Notifications Get No Parameter Values When Template Type Set To "Text/Plain" (Doc ID 2807133.1)

Symptoms

When content type of any email notification template is changed from "HTML" to "Text/Plain" type, the dynamic variables were not replaced with the actual values in the content of email notification.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change content type from "HTML" to "text/plain" for any notification template (for example after adding a proxy user to the logged in user via Identity Self Service/Self Service/My Information/Proxies.)
2. Test the usecase (add the proxy user for the logged in user)
3. Verify that user (proxy user) is receiving the email and check whether dynamic values are replaced with actual values in the email content.
