Goal
After a fresh install of OIG 12.2.1.4 and subsequent patching, the IT Resource and Manage Connector pages still come up BLANK from the Identity Sysadmin console and also the Manage -> Applications page from the Identity Self Service console are blank. Why are those pages completely blank and others are showing up fine?
