Symptoms

Oracle Report Builer hangs with the Java Error as below.

> $DOMAIN_HOME/reports/bin/rwbuilder.sh

 logging.xml file associated with report builder is correct.

Changes

 Recent changes to access to file/Directory at OS level was performed.
