Symptoms
WLS closes HTTP/2 connection. WLS HTTP debug log ([Servers]-[Debug] : weblogic.servlet.DebugHttp) shows following messages.
<Closing current connection: weblogic.servlet.http2.MuxableSocketHTTP2@... :Socket[addr=<IP_ADDRESS>,port=<PORT>,localport=<PORT>]>
<A sender MUST NOT allow a flow-control window to exceed max octets>
