Assets Referencing Deleted Assets In 12c After DataDiff (Doc ID 2808577.1)

Symptoms

After Upgrading to 12c, Deleted Assets are Seen Referenced by Some Assets

After Upgrading from 11g to 12c, some assets were deleted in 11g.  After running DataDiff, these deleted assets are still seen being referenced.

This has been observed for Associations that refer to the deleted asset, as well as Recommendations which refer to the deleted asset.
In the Asset inspect screen, a deleted asset is seen (identified by its ID rather than name).
