ODI Agent Log and Diagnostic Log Have Stopped Capturing Log Entries

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agent Log and the Diagnostic Log are not capturing any log entries. The server logs and .out files are capturing log information normally.
ODI jobs are running successfully and the session logs under ODI studio-> Operator are updating
In one of the ODI server diagnostic logs, the following is observed just prior to the logs stopping capturing information:
