Calling GET_DATARESULTSET Service Failed By ORA-918 (Doc ID 2810771.1)

I'm building an application to call GET_DATARESULTSET service refer to <Document 2107437.1>, but some of the calls fail.

When the issue occurs, server log shows ORA-918 error as following
