Symptoms

In Exalogic, racks issue of Exalogic Lifecycle Toolkit (ELLC) installation failing with unable to reach ZFS head error message is seen. Below is the error message (highlighted in red) seen at the time of the issue when trying to install/upgrade ELLC Toolkit.
