Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 12.2.1.4.0
EBS 12.2.10, with internal and external tiers
The internal tier is configured for Kerberos/WNA and is working fine (access without load balancer)
Require the external tier to provide SSO via SAML (Azure AD). The external tier is behind a load balancer and OAM (for the external tier part) is as well
