Symptoms
When navigating an <af:table> component which is in "Click To Edit" mode, using ENTER key to navigate cells will send two network requests, as can be seen from the browser's console.
If mouse click is used or the table is not in "Click To Edit" mode, then only one request will be sent. Also, the issue is only reproducible with ADF 12.2.1.3.0, but not with ADF 12.2.1.4.0.
