A Called Form Does Not Close Cursors When exited In Enter-Query-Mode and leads to Ora-01000 (Doc ID 281269.1)

Symptoms

 Calling a Form with Call_Form the number of cursors increases and reaches the limit of
open_cursor and leads to ORA-01000.
Call_Form is used with No_Replace option.
Increasing the Open_cursor value in the Init.ora file doesn't help.
This doesn't happen with simple call_form. Forms were generated from Designer.
