Error Launching the WebCenter Capture Client When Integrated with LB and IDCS (Doc ID 2812838.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the launch client button, the following error is encountered:

"Failed to obtain the SystemInfo object from the server"

This previously worked when using an integration with IDCS, using the local server urls before adding a load balancer.
