Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, 9iAS Upgrade Assistant

UA readiness check failure during upgrade fusion middleware. When running the ./ua -readiness during upgrade of SOA 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, Oracle Enterprise Scheduler (TST_ESS) failed.
