Intermittently WebCenter Pages Are Not Opening For Some Users. Duplicate member was Detected Logged in Logs (Doc ID 2815059.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, On-premise Fusion Applications environment

Oracle WebCenter Portal is installed along with on-premise Oracle Fusion Applications. Intermittently some users are unable to access webcenter portal pages. When tried to access the page, browser spins for ever and not display the page. Proxy Error is returned on the browser after waiting for some time.

1 Navigate to Spaces
2 Login to AtkHomepage --> navigator --> Document view and upload
