After Upgrading a Domain to WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3 the Remote Node Managers are not Reachable from Console and Show weblogic.nodemanager.NMException (Doc ID 2815487.1)

Symptoms

Node Managers running on remote machines are not reachable from Admin Console after upgrading the Domain.

When Monitoring the remote Node Manager via AdminConsole they show Status: Inactive and Problem description: weblogic.nodemanager.NMException.

After enabling Node Manager debugging, via AdminConsole> Machines > "<MachineName>"> Configuration> NodeManager> Debug Enabled, below is reported in AdminServer.log.
