Node Managers running on remote machines are not reachable from Admin Console after upgrading the Domain.
When Monitoring the remote Node Manager via AdminConsole they show Status: Inactive and Problem description: weblogic.nodemanager.NMException.
After enabling Node Manager debugging, via AdminConsole> Machines > "<MachineName>"> Configuration> NodeManager> Debug Enabled, below is reported in AdminServer.log.
