Item With Focus Is Not Highlighed When Using Content Manager Taskflow (Doc ID 2815917.1)

Symptoms

When using the Content Manager taskflow in Webcenter Portal to view documents in a folder, it is very difficult to see which item (e.g., button, links, etc) has focus in the document viewer as the item isn't highlighted.  As a result, it is very difficult to navigate the page and control items when using tab and space bar.
