Symptoms

When attempting to initiate a federation with OAM as the Identity Provider (IdP) using the IdP initiated federation URL of http://<OAM_PROXY_SERVER_ HOSTNAME>:<OAM_PROXY_SERVER_PORT>/oamfed/idp/initiatesso?providerid=<SP_PARTNER_NAME> an OAM System Error page after the user provides credentials.
