Able to Login Into WebCenter Sites with Private IP, but Not Able to Login with Public IP (Doc ID 2816309.1)

Symptoms

Machine has both a private and public ip addresses.

Able to login into WebCenter Sites with private ip ( http://<private-ip:port>/sites/ ) from private network.

Not able to login into WebCenter Sites with private ip ( http://<private-ip:port>/sites/ ) from public network.

Not able to login into WebCenter Sites with public ip ( http://<public-ip:port>/sites/ ) from public network.
