Extract Abends With ORA-00600[krvxbpcl30][133120] & ORA-00600[600] After Changing Compatible Of DataBase To 19.0 (Doc ID 2817796.1)

Symptoms

Extract abends with below errors after changing compatible of database from 12c to 19.0:

2021-10-09 09:06:15 ERROR OGG-00662 OCI Error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [600], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
(status = 600).

.................

2021-10-09 09:06:15 ERROR OGG-02078 Extract encountered a fatal error in a processing thread and is abending.

And same time below errors are reported in DB alert log with capture/extract process module:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [krvxbpcl30], [133120], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [600], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
