Unable to Start WebCenter 12c After Upgrading OAM/OID From 11g to 12c

Symptoms
Earlier configuration: WebCenter 12.2.1.4, OBIEE 12.2.1.4, OID 11.1.1.9, and OAM 11.1.2.3 running in their own homes on the same machine but all integrated for single sign-on.
Current upgraded configuration: WebCenter 12.2.1.4, OBIEE 12.2.1.4, OID 12.2.1.3, and OAM 12.2.1.3 running in their own homes on the same machine but all integrated for single sign-on.
After a successful upgrade and start of OID/OAM, managed servers in the WebCenter Domain fail to start with the exception of AdminServer, which starts successfully. Below error is reported in the server logs (WebCenter Portal and WebCenter Content).
