After User Password Update in AD/LDAP Password Model, DIS Client can No Longer Authenticate (Doc ID 2819517.1)

Symptoms

After a password update, a particular user can no longer log into WebCenter Content through their Desktop Integration Suite Client.  The user is unable to use the DIS user login on their own workstation and when that user attempts to login from another location (another laptop or workstation), their user credentials still fail. or any other, machine.   The user changed their password a few days ago and since that change, they have not been able to log via DIS. They are however, able to log into the WCC Web UI without any issues.
