Symptoms

Hard-Coded Blob URL Images Disappearing from CKEditor When Loading in Edit Mode

In Inspect mode, we see blob url images used in CKEditor attribute content rendered correctly:

However, on Edit and clicking CKEditor, the image is no longer visible.
