Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle SOA Suite - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

In the transformation, there is a template 'Normalization' called but not defined anywhere in the code.
The code used to work in 11g because the template was not getting called as the condition was not satisfied.

The problem is that, in 12c it throws below error, whenever this transformation is called in BPEL, even though the template is not getting called in the transformation.

ERROR
-----------------------

XML-22049: (Error) Template 'Normalization' invoked but not defined.
