On : version, Fabric

In the transformation, there is a template 'Normalization' called but not defined anywhere in the code.
The code used to work in 11g because the template was not getting called as the condition was not satisfied.

The problem is that, in 12c it throws below error, whenever this transformation is called in BPEL, even though the template is not getting called in the transformation.

XML-22049: (Error) Template 'Normalization' invoked but not defined. Check the detailed root cause described in the exception message text and verify that the XPath query is correct. ,code=XPathExecutionError} cause: {javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: oracle.xml.xslt.XSLException: oramds:/deployed-composites/default/InvoiceListCommsReqABCSImplV1_rev1.0.0.3/xsl/XformForSearchUsageAllocation.xsl: XML-22049: (Error) Template 'Normalization' invoked but not defined.}

Upgrade from 11g to 12.2.1.
