Unable to Log into DIRECTOR with Dnadmin After Upgrading EDQ (Doc ID 2824675.1)

Symptoms

After having upgraded Oracle Data Quality (EDQ) to 12.2.1.4.1 version, login to DIRECTOR with dnadmin fails.

The process steps to upgrade went OK with no issues.
Upgrade was performed using the process documented in the following:

Everything starts up fine, but the login to Director does not succeed.

Changes

 Upgraded from EDQ 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.4.1
