Symptoms

Under high-load, sometimes Q_CAT:2211 occurs in ULOG

053313.server!TMQUEUE.16528.12036.0: Q_CAT:2211: ERROR: tpreturn could not send reply (pending reply timed out)

When this problem happen, tpenqueue() hangs and response will not be returned.
