Patching Fails During Installation of Oracle HTTP Server, 27516009,27293599, and 25549931 are Missing Compared to a Successful Installation (Doc ID 2825408.1)

Symptoms



Patches fail to install during OHS installation process. These 3 patches are installed in a successful installation but are missing in another installation.


27516009 OCIPENVCREATE DOESN'T INITIALIZE PROCESS GLOBAL HENCE 32K VARCHAR NOT SUPPORTED
27293599 FORM BUILDER (PLSQL EDITOR) THROWS ASSERT IN PACKAGE BODY WITH GLOBAL
25549931 SUPPORT FMW CONFIG IN CONSOLIDATE SCHEMA FOR RAS SESSION SERVICE


The installation was reported as successful in both cases however there are error in the installation log similar to this,

 

Reason: Failed during Analysis: CheckSystemSpace Failed, [ Prerequisite Status: FAILED, Prerequisite output:
The details are:
Required amount of space(4174.821MB) is not available.]

This error may be also indicated for other patches.
