Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to login to WebCenter portal using Windows Native Authentication (WNA / Kerberos), the first access fails with 404 error.
After refreshing the page the user is already authenticated.
Error 404--Not Found
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configure WebCenter Portal with Active Directory and Windows Native Authentication.
- Access WebCenter Portal.
- Here you will get the error.
- Refresh the page using the browser refresh.
Login should work this time.
