Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Federation - Uses by Default Local In Memory Store Instead Of RDBMS (Doc ID 2826729.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager Federation user session does not create any entries in ORAFEDSESSION, ORAFEDACTIVEIDPFED/ORAFEDACTIVESPFED, ORAFEDTMPPROVIDERFED tables.

By Default in previous OAM versions including OAM 12.2.1.3, Federation used RDBMS as Store for user session.
