Symptoms

After applying Identity Management (IDM) Stack Patch Bundle (SPB) 12.2.1.3.210721, the "UD_ADUSER Updated" and "UD_EBS_UM Updated" tasks are getting rejected in resource history.  However it provisions the requested entitlement to user.

The following error is seen in the diagnostic logs:
