Files not appearing for some users that previously had access

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate To WebContent Server User Interface

Perform a search and notice files missing that were previously viewable

Navigate to the checkin page and notice the UCM_Spaces security group is missing from the list of security groups

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the content items
