Symptoms

The problem occurs with the usage of the otherparams parameter in formsweb.cfg.

Parameters can be defined in the .htm files (like base.htm), in formsweb.cfg (general or in named configurations), and on the URL. The otherparams parameter can contain multiple other parameters/values.

The problem is when otherparams is used multiple parameters, e.g. query_only=yes as well as for par_deptno. Here, query_only=yes is static for many forms, but par_deptno is a forms specific parameter, which changes for every form. So the goal would be to specify the varying parameter (par_deptno) on the URL, and the static parameter (query_only) in formsweb.cfg.

However, otherparams cannot be specified twice. How can this be solved?

Trying different solutions, multiple problems occur, like an FRM-90926 error, or otherparams specified on the URL overriding the entire otherparams values in formsweb.cfg.
